  • Hair should be at least ¼ inches long ( about the length of a grain of rice) for best results.

  • Everyone's pain tolerance is different, but most clients find it manageable. We use high quality wax and proper techniques to minimize discomfort.

  • Gently exfoliate 24-48 hours before your appointment, avoid lotions or oils on the area, and wear loose fitting clothing. No tanning or sun exposure 48 hours before your appointment.

  • Avoid heat, sweating, tanning, exfoliating, or touching the area for 24 hours. We’ll provide detailed aftercare to help you get the best results.

  • Every 4-8 weeks is ideal for most areas to maintain smooth results and reduce discomfort over time.

  • Yes! Waxing and brow services are safe, but sensitivity may increase. Always consult your doctor if unsure.

  • We recommend a patch test 24-48 hours before your appointment. Let us know about any allergies or sensitivities in advance. Contact us to schedule your patch test. 

  • We use a hypoallergenic hard wax for all body waxing, and a zinc oxide wax formulated for sensitive skin for all facial waxing. Our waxes are fragrance and colorant  free. 

  • Most important is not picking or squeezing ingrown hairs! Exfoliate gently using a chemical exfoliant (like salicylic acid) 2-3 times per week. Keep the area clean and moisturized. Use a warm compress to bring the ingrown to the surface. We offer several products specifically designed for treating and minimizing the chances of developing ingrown hairs. 

  • To respect everyone's time, we kindly ask that all changes to your appointment be made at least 48 hours in advance. 


    • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee. 

    • No-Shows will automatically be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file. 

    • Refunds will not be issued, and all refunds processed for any reason made by exception are subject to a 2.9% + $0.03 processing fee.

    • If you are running more than 7 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if we’re unable to complete your service due to lateness, it will be treated as a no-show and the full service fee will be charged. 

    •  Menstrual cycle: You can be waxed during your period (tampon or menstrual cup required). If you’d prefer not to be serviced during this time. Please schedule accordingly to avoid cancellation fees.

    • Illness or Emergencies: We understand that life happens. However, this policy still applies to illness, Covid, or unexpected emergencies. There will be a 50% fee. This policy is in place to protect our time and business. 


    We are closed SUNDAY & MONDAY you are responsible for canceling or rescheduling all appointments via your confirmation email on the days we are closed. Changes must be made 48 hours in advance. 

  • Give us a call to see if we currently have any special offers.

  • Clients must be at least 18 years old to book waxing or brow services independently. We do offer services to minors (ages 16), But a parent or legal guardian must be present during the appointment to provide consent. For younger clients, we prioritize comfort, privacy, and age appropriate services. If you have questions or would like to discuss options feel free to contact us directly before booking.

  • Taking antibiotics or topical and oral acne medications such as but not limited to ( Retinols, Epiduo, Differin, Alpha hydroxy acids, Retin A ect), can cause skin sensitivity and skin to lift when waxed. You must be off of accutane 6 months - 1 year before waxing please contact your doctor.
